The Women Business Owners of Manitoba aspires to be one of the best business organizations in the province, and we're making it happen right now. Our members thrive in our culture of professional and personal inspiration, learning and support within our unique community of Women Business Owners. We are proud of our traditions, our impact, and our vision for the future of the organization.

Our culture expands well beyond our regular monthly meetings to business events, social gatherings and committee involvement. Our members learn from one another through our Mentorship Program, develop their professional skills through our Professional Development Award and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit at our flagship event, the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Each month, engaging speakers encourage us to apply our critical thinking skills and we often discover unique solutions that have an impact on our businesses and the world around us.

We have assembled a fantastic Board of Directors and have hired an enthusiastic Executive Director. As a team we will represent our members, build trust through effective and fair governance and lead the organization with clear strategic direction.
